A Day At The Races- Mahoning Valley Racecourse

Yesterday my brother John and our friend Larry. Went on a day trip to enjoy the horse racing at Mahoning Valley Racecourse. Located in Youngstown, Ohio. The weather conditions were near prefcet. To trying to enjoy having some fun at the track!!! The Mahoning Valley Racecourse on this day was near perfect for the racing fans and the horses, jockeys and racing personel! This modern horseracing facility opened in 2014 to replace Beulah Park racetrack that was located in Columbus, Ohio. It was Ohio Bred Champioship Day at Mahoning Valley Racecourse. We enjoyed the races and came away with a postive expereaince and a small amount of cash was won. I have included some photos from a fun day the track!!!

A Little Bit of Paradise on Earth Letchworth State Park

Located 60 miles about 100 KM southeast of Buffalo New York. You enjoy a little bit of Paradise. getting the chance to visit Letchworth State Park. This beautiful place origins began with William Pryor Letchworth who established his rich estate close to where Middle Falls is located. In 1906 Mr. Letchworth bequeathed his 1000 acers of land to the State of New York. Creating one of the most beautiful State Parks in all of the United States. This extreme place of beauty is a great place to hide away from the troubled realities of human society. So, give yourself a break and go and visit this Little Bit of Paradise. Watkins Glen State Park

Finally did some traveling again with friend and fellow travller Steve. We vevtured into the USA to visit Watkins Glen State Park. This park has one of the most beauitful and idelylic hiking expereince in the State of New York. We had the chance to visit and hike trail to to the top of ridge. It take about an hour to complete the hike. You will gain an altitude of over 1000 feet, transvering over 800 steps to get to the top part of this unique hike. Don't be in a hurry and enjoy every moment. We took a shuttle bus down to the begiining of the park. It was a very great expereince and was a great day! Happy to be back travelling again!!!
