Today my brother and I. Took a trip down memory lane. To visit a classic hockey venue that is still going strong. The Kitchener Memorial Auditorium. which began it life May 24th 1951.
I have been to visit this great hockey venue several times during my life as a sports fan. But had not been there in several years.
Happy to say the old Aud is doing extremely well and is in tip top shape. My brother and I enjoyed great seats and enjoyed the game. Even though the home Kitchener Rangers lost the game in overtime to the visiting Windsor Spitfires 5 to 4.
Going to visit this great hockey venue will rekindle great memories from the past. From enjoying a hockey game watching the Toronto Maple Leafs playing a home game at now deceased Maple Leaf Gardens.
