The Old Schoolhouse

Have to do another post on the Old Schoolhouse located on the Isle La Motte. This historic building goes all the way back to 1930. It is fun for a solo traveler to find this unique and comfortable place to call home. While your on the road.
The proprietor Carol Bemmels who purchased the The Old Schoolhouse in dilapidated condition. Then proceeded to restore this old school back to pristine condition. Very comfortable place to stay on a beautiful island, located on Lake Champlain. A must to stay during a Vermont vacation.
