Gotta Have My Calzone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well I made it back to Vermont!!!!!! The trip down was smooth, and went without a hitch. Why couldn't the rest of life go that well? Great question, right?

The weather is good. Also my old Corolla performed very well. Also more good news. I also preformed very well. It is great to be back in Vermont, and sitting here starting to write this post in the historic Coolidge Hotel.

Now it is Calzone time. Just like the late George Steinbrenner. The former head of the New Your Yankees. Mr. Streinbrener in the "Seinfeld episode he was featured in. George, just had to have his Calzone!!!!!!!

For anyone who doesn't know what a Calzone is. Here is an very accurate explanation. A calzone (Italian "stocking" or "trouser" is a turnover that originates from Italy. It is made of ingredients similar to pizza, folded over and shaped like a crescent before being cooked. The typical calzone is stuffed with tomato and mozzarella, and may include other ingredients usually associated with pizza toppings.

C & S Pizza is located at 104 South Main Street, White River Junction. Makes one very excellent Calzone! I enjoyed mine filled with; pepperoni, onion, mushrooms, green peppers, and olives. Just awesome! C & S Pizza is just one of the many reasons for coming to the "Green Mountain State!!!

I'm a very happy man, when I have enjoyed a very nice Calzone!!!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Yes similar but, Calzone is better. I don't think you would find anything in Toronto that is close in taste!
