Today I went for a hike going north on the Caribbean Coast. Looking for that perfect beach. That I would enjoy to swim today. That is a big part of enjoying yourself while visiting the Caribbean.
The beach I swam at is called "Settler's" located in the Parrish of St. James. The beach adjacent to a very expensive resort. That I could never afford to stay. So this beach was quiet, clean and safe. All the beaches in Barbados are public. So anyone is free to swim on any beach.
Tonight's road food meal. Consisted of two cheeseburgers in paradise! I served them in a garlic pita, with lettuce and mayo. No tomato, onion or kosher dill. You just have to learn how to improvise and rough it, while traveling on the road! Desert will be two Lindt chocolates, and some fresh yogurt.
Of note. The picture of the luxury yacht on this post belongs to Russian Billionaire Roman Abramovich's. The Yacht is named the Eclipse. Is 170 meters in length. This boat cost Roman Abramovich $1.2 billion.
