Sunbury Plantation
Here are pictures I shot at the historic Sunbury Plantation. The plantation was originally built in 1660. Sunbury has a long and prestigious history. The house and contents were badly damaged by a disastrous fire in 1995. But the building and furnishings were beautifully restored to it's former glory.
The Sunbury Plantation is a very important part of the history of Barbados. That should not be lost.
The top two pictures represents the great lunch I dined on at the Sunbury Plantation. The main course consisted of; roasted chicken, flying fish, salad, cooked veggies, and baked bread fruit. My great desert was English bread and butter pudding!
